All bluum subscriptions renew at the end of term (gifts not included).  You can cancel your bluum subscription at the end of the subscription term (noted on your order confirmation) by sending your request to contact@bluum.com AND completing the simple cancellation instructions given. Your request must be submitted before the renewal date to prevent a box from being curated and your card charged the renewal fee . Cancel instructions will be emailed upon receiving your request and customers will complete the instructions before the next renewal date shown on your account. Please allow emails from Bluum to your inbox to ensure you receive a timely response. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be collected for subscriptions cancelled before the end of 3, 6, 12 and 24 month subscription terms. Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will see confirmation on screen and receive an emailed confirmation as well.  If you do not see these cancellation confirmations, your subscription has not been cancelled.

*cancellation requests submitted after the renewal date will be processed for the following month. For example, your subscription renews on March 1st  and you were charged to continue. You then submitted your request to cancel on March 2nd: Your subscription will be cancelled as of April 1 and the March bluum box will be shipped to the ship address you provided*

Yes, of course! You can make any account changes at any time. If you would like those changes to be in effect before your next bluum box ships, you must make the changes before the 1st of the month.

No, all activity should be listed on one bluum account. This includes self subscriptions and gift orders. All duplicate accounts will be deleted and orders associated will be cancelled by bluum.

When does my subscription renew?

All bluum subscriptions renew automatically at the end of term (monthly or annually) between the first and fifth of each month. Subscriptions purchased for yourself will renew automatically at the monthly rate ($29.00). If a coupon was used upon your first order, the renewal charges will reflect the current monthly rate. Gift subscriptions purchased on our gifting page do not renew automatically.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your bluum subscription in your subscription settings during the last 5 days of the month. If you do, you pause your bluum box for 1 month. The following month, your membership automatically reactivates and you will continue to receive boxes.

Please keep in mind that you will skip that month’s box for your little one. Here’s an example: Say in June you received month 7, you pause July and come back for August, you will then receive box month 9 and will have skipped month 8.

All major credit/debit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard & Discover) only. Prepaid cards only accepted for 6, 12 and 24 month bluum subscriptions. You have the ability to set up multiple credit cards to avoid running out of bluum in case one of your cards expires or has been lost.
