All bluum subscriptions renew at the end of term (gifts not included). You can cancel your bluum subscription at the end of the subscription term (noted on your order confirmation) by sending your request to firstname.lastname@example.org AND completing the simple cancellation instructions given. Your request must be submitted before the renewal date to prevent a box from being curated and your card charged the renewal fee . Cancel instructions will be emailed upon receiving your request and customers will complete the instructions before the next renewal date shown on your account. Please allow emails from Bluum to your inbox to ensure you receive a timely response. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be collected for subscriptions cancelled before the end of 3, 6, 12 and 24 month subscription terms. Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will see confirmation on screen and receive an emailed confirmation as well. If you do not see these cancellation confirmations, your subscription has not been cancelled.
